 Consist of using elbows, forearms, knuckles, and soft fist. These tools are used to help the therapist work thru superficial tissue, and increase pressure.

Swedish Massage

 Strokes consist of effleurage (connecting strokes), petrissage (kneading, non-gliding ), friction (gliding, non-gliding strokes), tapotement (tapping) , and vibration 


 Lighter pressure to give you the true meaning of a relaxing stress free day.

Trigger Point Therapy

 Is applying direct pressure on the cord or knot area of tense muscle fibers, using finger tips, or elbows. Pressure release (stimulate), Stroke application (strip) and Stretching the TP.


Helps release those suborned knots.
