 strokes consist of effleurage (connecting strokes), petrissage (kneading, non-gliding ), friction (gliding, non-gliding strokes), tapotement (tapping) , and vibration

Trigger Point Therapy

 is applying direct pressure on the cord or knot area of tense muscle fibers, using finger tips, or elbows. Pressure release (stimulate), Stroke application (strip) and Stretching the TP.
